Full Liquids....froyo?
That depends on your program. My program says no -- in fact, Froyo is not allowed at all, in any phase of weight loss eating, because it's classified as "dessert" -- not much nutritional value but very sweet.
My surgeon's definition of full liquid is that it has to be able to be consumed through a straw. FroYo was not on my plan for that, or at any stage.
The fact is there that there isn't much variety at this stage. There's really nothing to do but power through it and watch the pounds come off. Let that be what keeps you going in this stage. It's hard, I know.

Make your own! The frozen gives a different texture this is a nice twist on allowed items :). It's all about making it work for you.

I haven't ever seen sugar free yogurt, I've seen no sugar added.. but it still has sugar and the carbs are crazy high.
For full liquids, I was told "if it pours, it's yours." Therefore, froyo would not qualify.

A serving of no-sugar-added froyo is 160 cal, 34g carbs, 8g protein. Too little protein, too many carbs, probably too thick for your sleeve right now-- bad news all around.
