What cha eating today, VSGers? - Monday
Hi All,
I hope you all had a nice weekend. I had friends over for dinner last night and I made all healthy foods. They brought desert, so I did break with my plan a little. But it was mostly a good diet weekend.
I cooked cheeseburger pie, BBQ pulled pork and Orange balsamic chicken this weekend. yum.
breakfast - salmon
lunch - Cheeseburger pie
lunch2/snack - harvest chicken salad. I made it with yogurt rather than mayo to save calories. Its not as good, but its ok.
dinner - chicken with Dijon and lime. - need to finish this off before starting new foods.
vitamins - on track
water - good
exercise - walking, walking, walking

Well the scale is stuck and has been for over 10 days so I'm taking all the advice, changing things up a little.

I'm getting back on the wagon -- so need to do some meal planning.
For today I'm thinking this:
B - chike
S - latte
L - yogurt & berries
S1 - tea / latte
S2 (post workout) - protein shake
D - chicken & veggies (hopefully I have time to make brussel spouts)
S - cottage cheese & berries
Workout -- hoping for 2
5-6 mile run
Xfit
Getting back on track so I can get these last 20 lbs off and hit my goal. Starting to workout with a personal trainer today so I'm sure I will not be able to move in a few days.
Breakfast - Egg Omelet Muffin & 2 slices of bacon
Lunch - 3 oz sirloin steak and 3/4 cup salad
Snack - Prosciutto wrapped mozzarella sticks (2)
Dinner - Shredded buffalo chicken lettuce wraps (with feta)
Vitamins - On track
Water - 30 oz down....60 oz to go
Height: 5'5" HW: 278.2; SW: 268.2; CW: 175.6

Three more days until my 3 month (almost 4 due to scheduling conflicts) follow up.. I'm both excited and nervous
