Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - philly cheese steak sloppy joes
Lunch2 - chicken with Dijon and lime - yum
dinner - meatballs with cheese
vitamins - good
water - good
exercise - I think it will be mostly housework today.

today is about me. I was very grumpy last night - got home to breakfast dishes still on the counter - when you have 2 teenagers there is no excuse for that. so instead of getting angry, i'm going to take care of me...

d-meatloaf, made with 90% beef and about 3 pieces of spinach because that's about all i can eat.

w-on track - ahead of schedule actually

e-you bet - while my one is in tumbling, i'll be out walking.

Hey everyone, still on full liquids so not too exciting!

L: tomato soup with unjury

Snack: SF jello to break up sipping water
Water: falling behind (only 1 of 4 bottles down so far)
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: going to try walking the mall with the hubby, we'll see how far I get

Good morning! It's a nice day here, so will get my walk in before I go to work.
B - 2 oz cottage cheese, later will have water with Proti 15 added. After yesterday, I realized I need to front-load the protein in my day.
L- Ricotta Bake
S - 2 oz Tuna with 1 T mayonnaise
D - refried beans with cheese and maybe some unflavored protein mixed in
S - Quest Banana Cream shake

Breakfast- 1/4 cup oatmeal with half a packet of unflavored unjury protein mixed in and a pinch of splenda, 2 turkey sausage links
Lunch- 1 packet of Tuna creations
Dinner: baked porkchop
Snack: a snack pack that had almonds and spicy cheese that I found at the store
Vitamins: good
Water: ok
Excercise: did not fit it in today
