What cha eating today, VSGers? - Tuesday
Hi All,
I've been wanting to eat all day today. But I'm fighting it. I did have an extra snack today, but I limited it to broccoli slaw.
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - orange-balsamic chicken with spinach - yum!
snack - broccoli slaw
lunch2 - cheeseburger quiche
dinner - chicken with Dijon and lime - also yummy!
vitamins - on track
water -ok
exercise - I walked a mile twice today to make up for the extra snack.

I've not been able to drink as much today as I normally do and I've been really hungry today too :(
I ended up eating some sf pickles and some green beans for a snack lol

Hello! Today I got to dip into soft foods!
B - 2 oz cottage cheese
L - 1 scrambled egg with 1 T shredded cheese, cooked in a bit of olive oil - was about to eat about 3/4 of this
S - proti 15 pomegranate water; 2 oz tuna with 1 T mayo
D - Eggface's Ricotta Bake (I have been so excited for this and it didn't disappoint)
V - not yet
Water - need one more glass before bed
E - walked for an hour AND mowed the lawn. My fitbit says I did 16,000 steps
