Greetings from rainy Washington! It was pouring this morning when I took my son to school but it cleared out just in time for me to get a walk with a little bit of sunshine. I work at an ER in the evenings, and tonight is my first night back.

Hi Carol,
I had my usual yogurt for breakfast - but I had to eat it in the car and actually dropped my cell phone in it. YUCK... so I don't think there are any extra calories from the phone, but ya never know :)
S: I got into the pretzils. I know better
L: a chili from wendies with 6 pieces of lettuce to make it like a taco salad and 4 corn chips. yummy

S: fage/isopure/unjury concoction
V/W: little behind on my water.. catching up
E: walking

The bisquick doesn't add that many carbs per serving. And it looks sooo good.
