Happy Monday,

 

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - crustlessc cheeseburger quiche

lunch2 - Orange balsamic chicken with spinach

dinner - Meatballs and sweet potatoe casserole

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - walking

Greetings from rainy Washington! It was pouring this morning when I took my son to school but it cleared out just in time for me to get a walk with a little bit of sunshine. I work at an ER in the evenings, and tonight is my first night back.

Final Day of Full Liquids

B: Syntrax Nectar Fuzzy Navel

L: 1/2c Pacific Creamy Tomato Soup, Proti 15 Grape

S: Protein Pudding

D: Quest Banana Cream Shake

S: Jello

E: 1 hr walk

V: not until week

W: 4 cups down so far.

Hi Carol,

 

I had my usual yogurt for breakfast - but I had to eat it in the car and actually dropped my cell phone in it.  YUCK... so I don't think there are any extra calories from the phone, but ya never know :)

S:  I got into the pretzils.  I know better

L:  a chili from wendies with 6 pieces of lettuce to make it like a taco salad and 4 corn chips.  yummy

s: piece of ham and cheese

d: chicken on the grill w/grilled veggies

v-ontrack

w-good

e-walking

Busy day so I kept it super simple

 

B: muscle milk - chocolate

S: chicken bone broth

L: 1/2 serving cheeseburger pie with sf pickle chips

S: coffee with carb master milk

D: 1/2 serving cheeseburger pie with sf pickle chips

S: fage/isopure/unjury concoction 

 

V/W: little behind on my water.. catching up

That sounds good.  I'm going to try it soon!

The bisquick doesn't add that many carbs per serving.  And it looks sooo good.
