Any other long-timers out there?
I get it about the crackers. I'm still very limited on quantity for regular food, even yogurt, but seem to have unlimited capacity for crackers/popcorn/cookies, so need to just plain keep them out of my house. Sad, because I LOVE all 3. (Uhuh, and how was THAT working for me?)

Well I am still around and 6 years plus. I have regained about 6 pounds from my ideal weight and am working on getting them off. I still have a very normal bmi but as doctor says a few pounds can turn into 10 then 20 and then you are in trouble.
Join the vsg maintenance group (see my signature) and participate. Its a lively group. Go back and read old posts. There are some gems in there. diane s

Does 3 years count as a long-timer? If so hi, how ya doin? heh. All is well here, my gym addiction has served me well. I'm up about 18lbs from my low 2 years ago ... but it's ALL muscle. :D
I'm recovering from flu caught while grandkids wrangling for 3 weeks, and can't wait to be back to normal. We finally have bike riding weather here, and my Townie awaits! We (retired and sleeved hubby & me) have a deal from now until October. If it's less than 5k away we leave the car at home and either walk or ride our bikes. (Well, unless it's pouring rain) We have an elegant granny cart for groceries, and agree that not being able to buy everything at once is a great excuse for more walks.
