Vsg surgery tomorrow! Wish me luck, I'll check in on the other side!

Good luck tomorrow morning! You'll be fine and I can't wait to hear from you on the other side. Last minute advice? Stick to your doctor's plan, follow the nutritionist's rules, walk, walk, walk, and sip, sip, sip.

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!

Good luck today! Walk and sip afterwards, and don't take more of the pain meds than you need (but not less either).

Good luck with your surgery. Last min advice, follow your Drs order to the letter, drink and walk , drink and walk and get all the rest you can between those things. We will be waiting for your post surgery posts.

Good luck. Everything will be fine. I am two weeks post surgery and it hasn't been too bad. I want to eat food but can't for a while still and its a little difficult to get those liquids down at first but it gets easier. You will be okay...
