What cha eating today, VSGers? - Sunday
Hi All,
Happy Sunday.
I've cooked orange-balsamic chicken, Chicken with Dijon and Lime, and Salmon yesterday. Today I'm cooking chicken fajita toss, and Phily cheese steak sloppy joes. I still have ingredients for a cheeseburger quiche and harvest chicken salad, which I may make later today or tomorrow. Then I should be set for the week.
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - finish off the spaghetti squash casserole
Lunch2/snack - broccoli slaw
Dinner - chicken with Dijon and lime, I think....
vitamins - on track
water - on track
exercise - walking

A little late for the party, but I like posting here...helps keep my head in the game.
We had a busy and happy Sunday. Went to church, got to meet an old friend's new baby and it was rainy and gross here so I met a friend at a mall to walk around. Not as effective as getting a good walk outside but it was nice to do something active.

E: mall walking...not as many steps in today as I would have liked.
