Hi All,

I hope you are having a good week, and enjoying this lovely day.

Breakfast - salmon

lunch - chicken Florentine - last serving - yum

lunch2/snack - crack slaw

dinner - mongolian meatballs, sweet potato casserole

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - walking - I did two miles this morning, and maybe more later.

 

Next?

Hello! 

I am going to get my walk in before it gets too hot and then hopefully run some errands.  I am still off of wor****il Monday.  Since I've been generally feeling very well, this has been nice to use the time to get things more settled in our new house (hang pictures, work in the yard, etc).

B - Chocolate Premier with a dash of cinnamon

L - probably tomato soup

S - sf pudding with unflavored protein added - I am now a week past post-op and this is when I'm told I can incorporate those things.  Otherwise still full liquids.

D - Quest Banana Cream protein shake

S - sf popsicle

E: about to head off for an hour walk

W: 16 oz down so far, plus half my breakfast shake

V: Not until week 5

I'm so much better today than yesterday - that first day of cycle and I was hungry all day long.  But today back on track.

 

b- yogurt w/ peaches

s - carrots and protein drink

l- 3 oz of grilled chicken breast and a cheese sick

s-1/4 cup of ham salad

d-3 oz of backed chicken

s-bran cereal if hungry

 

e-hopefully later tonight 

v-i knew i forgot something

Breakfast: Premier protein shake - chocolate

Snack: Quest Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough protein bar

Lunch: The meat from a lean cuisine bbq chicken frozen meal (tried the potatoes, yuck!)

Snack: 1oz beef jerky

Dinner: not sure, but probably some leftover thai chicken with broccoli

Snack: Maybe some popcorn

Vitaimins: patched

Water: needs work

exercise: 2 mile walk
