CALORIES PER DAY
Walworth - is a great place, but I'm on 350 and difficult to get out and walk on a busy road. But I make it work - the parks they have put in recently have nice trails. Hang in there - I believe our bodies get very used to what we do - changing it up is the best idea going.
take care.

You can't take care of them, if you don't take care of you!!
Band 10/2006, removal 10/2010, VSG 02/08/2016
At around 4 months, I was eating 700-800 calories a day. Now at almost 10 months, I'm at around 1,000 a day. No stalls at all.
Just don't buy into the "starvation mode" myth. Your body will NOT go into starvation mode if you eat less. It's been debunked. Also, don't worry about stretching your stomach. During VSG the majority of the "stretchy" part of the stomach is removed, and it's very difficult to stretch your tool. Of course, weighing and measuring is still important for other reasons.
You will also find that over time, you are just able to eat more as your sleeve matures. Don't let that alarm you. You're using these early months to set yourself up for success with a diet you can stick to (in it's basic form) for the rest of your life.

I'm 7 months out and eat between 800-1000 calories a day. I was eating to few and once I upped my protein to 90-100gm and 800-1000 calories I've been loosing again.
