6mo surgiversary
I'm down to 313.4 as of this morning which is 109.3 pounds lost... I feel amazing physically. I still have a long road ahead of me about 145 more pounds. I'm scared of the maintenance phase of this journey but I cant wait to get there.

I'm so happy for you. 109 pounds down is excellent. Great job working that sleeve.
I was also very nervous about going into maintenance, but it worked out great. I'll be glad to share my thoughts on it as you get closer to it. (I've already posted a lot about it as I stumbled thru to finding a solution that works for me.)
