4 month update

4 months out, 67 lbs down and 70 more to go. Almost halfway! I have been in a stall for quite a while. I upped my protein intake and liquid intake and don't eat a lot of carbs but the scale is not moving. However I do work out so it may be I am gaining muscle which is heavier then fat. I am not too worried about it, I know I am eating right and exercising so I am sure the scale will start moving again soon. Feeling great, best decision I ever made. Looking forward to what the future will bring these days and I am no longer a prisoner in my own body. This forum has been and still is a tremendous help!
