You look absolutely gorgeous! I love your dress and you are rocking your strappy shoes! Get it girl!  I feel like we have some things in common....I had surgery a month after you, I'm around the same age & we both have good taste in fashion! lol! Good luck on the rest of your journey! Wow we do have a lot in common!!  Except you are now 166lbs!!!!  That's amazing and you look amazing!!!  You are my inspiration to lose the next 25 lbs.!! I'm struggling a bit right now but I know I will get there!  I wish you the best!
