What cha eating today, VSGers? - Friday

Hi All,

I can't believe its Friday already.  Time is flying for me.

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - chicken in an orange balsamic sauce with spinach - yum.

Dinner - crustless cheeseburger quiche

snack - perhaps some meatballs if I need them.  Otherwise I'll skip it, and save the calories...

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - spent a lot of time shopping today.  That may be all I have time for.

Next?

B - Left over Potato and bacon soup with protein added 

S - Cheese stick

L - 2 turkey slices with some hummus, made roll ups 

S - some canned green beans with an ounce of turkey jerky, I need a little green in my life right now 

D- Left over Ricotta Bake 

S- ? Depends but I've been wondering what my plain greek yogurt would taste like with coco powder ? Maybe who knows 

 

Water - feels good 

Vitamins - great I just made a change i'm liking 

Exercise - I did a lap last night and feel like that was good enough for today, I'll do another tomorrow

I add lemon sugar free jello powder to my yogurt all the time... I LOVE lemon yogurt or lemon pudding and no one was making it sugar free or low sugar... so I make my own

b-yogurt with peaches
s- cheese stick
l-choch. covered almonds - which I will never ever eat again because i had no idea the amount i was eating was 300 calories and 220 from fat.  why didn't I read the label before today?
d-chili - 1 cup
s-bran cerial w/ almond milk

v/w/e - on track, but E might not happen.  we'll see in an hour or 2.

You can't take care of them, if you don't take care of you!!

Breakfast - Egg beater fritata with onions and turkey sausage

Snack - Mini babybel light

Lunch - 3 ounces of grilled chicken

Snack - Sargento string cheese

Dinner - 3 ounces of sirloin steak from Longhorn (celebrating!) :)

 

Vitamins : Using the patch, waiting on blood work results

Water: 64 ounces so far and still going

Exercise: 75 active minutes so far today, 4 miles and about 8800 steps. Not done yet! :)

B: Chocolate Premier

L: Chocolate Premier

S: Chocolate Premier

D: healthy choice cafe steamer Chicken Pesto and Vegetables

S: Unjury Chicken Soup

V: keep forgetting my multi since being on pre-op.  I will go take right now. There. Done.

W: 9 cups at the end of the day.  Will guzzle some more before bed.

E: Super nice walk while the sun was setting x 1 hour and about 90 minutes outside doing light yard work.
