You look amazing! I had my surgery on 3/8/16. I hope I do as well as you have done!! What kind of exercises did you do? Just looking for some advise. I just started eating soft foods a couple of days ago.

Thank you!  I only walked for the first 2 months or so.  Now I do 25 minutes of elliptical and some strength training exercises like push ups and squats 5 days a week.  These have both really helped my arms and thighs/rear end.  I do have some loose skin but since adding this it's helped take up the extra space!   This is by far the best I have ever felt in my life!
