At my wits end with hypoglycemia

I didn't save it. Here is a sample of what my column headers would be though:

Date, Time, Blood Sugar, Meal, Protein, Fat, Carbs, Sugar, Exercise, Reflection (this is where I would note if I went high or low and wasn't anticipating the change... like eating pasta (rise then drops), exercise in the morning before eating (rises), protein shake in the morning (drops) or note if it was a fasting test versus how long after eating, etc.

I didn't ask. What did you find to be the trigger things for you that gave you low blood sugar?

Pasta and rice were the two biggest culprits, and protein shake first thing in the morning.

Google insulin food index. 

Proteins need insulin. The more processed the food - the faster gets absorbed and can cause insulin spike and then BS drop.  Thinks like lean - low fat , protein drinks are worst. I.e ehey protein ...

I deal with RH  and hypoglycemia.  

Stress can cause BS drop.Alcohol - same thing. 

Somefoods, even small amounts, may trigger rapid and large insulin release. For me - potatoes and white rice are like that.  Even small serving of potatoes can trigger that even when i eat them with priteins and fats. 

Btw- my casting insulin? is nornsl, but almost sny foods (except fats) can trigger high insulin response.

Hi everyone! I have logged for just a day and a bit. I don't really know what my numbers mean. Could you comment? I see the latte's I'm having at work are doing something to me... other than than, how do my numbers look? I'm in Canada so we have a different measurement...
