Nice walking, Carol!
I'm also on the get back on track goal... I took the box of crackers I had bought and put them out in the public kitchen at work - they were gone in minutes, saving me from myself! I'm not a big believer of protein shakes, but I'm going to try today and see if I can get off the junk foods

Quiche - we love it in our family and you can make it with no crust. Just spray the bottom of the pan. cut up the ham, add cooked broccoli and cauliflower and even cooked carrots. I leave out the cheese, no one even misses it.
I'm eating today:
B-yogurt 1/2 cup with 1/4 teasp of pure honey
S-Ban and BP
L-egg salad
S-slimfast drink
d-chicken - baked w/ cucumbers
s-bran cereal with almond milk.
Does anyone know how to change the signature? I need to update mine. I was sleeved on 02/08/16
I think you change the signature by pulling down "settings" in the gear icon at the top right of this page. Then there are several tabs. You choose message board and it brings a box for entering the signature.
I like your idea of making a ham quiche. I just made a mushroom quiche today, and I bet adding bacon to that would be yummy.
thanks
Carol

My leftover ham casserole is something I had pre-sleeve and unfortunately its super carby and fatty. Scalloped potatoes and ham!! What about using it in breakfast casserole and then freezing it?

Ah, Yes, I remember the days when I could eat scalloped potatoes and ham. Sigh. I wonder if I could do something similar with mashed cauliflower in place of the potatoes. Hmm. Interesting idea.
Thanks
Carol
