what cha eating today, VSGers? - Wednesday
Hi All,
Happy Hump day! I'm still struggling to get to the weight loss mind-set. I do well, until the evening when I eat humus and crackers. I'm going to try to exercise more to offset the extra calories and then stop buying humus!!! Plus I finished off the buffalo chicken yesterday so that should help me keep the calories down.
Breakfast - I ran out of salmon - maybe some ham and cheese
Lunch - Greek chicken with Kalamata olives - yum
Lunch2 - salsa verde chicken
dinner - some casserole with ham...
vitamins - good
water - good
exercise - I already walked 2 miles today. I'm going to try for 10,000 steps...

I'm struggling still with junk food - scale is holding steady but I was hoping to lose. What about the hummus with cucumbers?

Happy Wednesday, everyone!
It's gorgeous here in Florida! The sun is finally shining again, and a nice breeze is blowing off the ocean keeping it cool. My surgeon's office is having an exercise band resistance class tonight, so I'm going to go. They're giving us a set of bands to take home with us, so I no longer have an excuse not to exercise! I need a kick in the butt! I've been playing with 174-175 for a few days now, and I'm ready to leave the 170s behind for good!
Today's menu includes:
B: Coffee with Fairlife milk and Mr. Cheese O's
L: Sargento's Balanced Break and a GNC Lean Burn Shake
D: Oikos Greek Yogurt 100 cal (I don't want to lose my dinner at the class)

Like you, I struggle more at night! I'm trying to avoid the night snack! Last night after I got off the treadmill I got into the goat cheese and cranberries! I need to stop!

Today was a really good day in SoCal, and my hubby and I took advantage of it. After going to the dentist this morning, we took a 3 mile walk to get some lunch and enjoy the beautiful sunshine and warmth. Our shared shrimp/crab louie salad was SOOOO good, and well worth the walk.

5' 5" tall. VSG on August 4, 2015/ Starting weight 239.9/ Surgery weight 210.9/ Current weight 137.4/ Goal weight 140/ No longer overweight, now a NORMAL weight. Now that I'm at goal, it's time to move on to maintenance!!!!!!!!
