Good Morning, VSGers!

 

What's on the menu today?

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - ground beef and cabbage casserole

lunch2/snack - thai chicken in peanut sauce

dinner - last of the buffalo chicken - my favorite but a little high in calories

vitamins - on track

water - good

exercise - not so good.

Good afternoon, campers!

I'm having a great day! I hope the rest of you are, as well. I took the advice of White Dove and joined Plenty of Fish almost 3 weeks ago. I was so very nervous about getting back into the dating scene. The first two were disasters: one was a scammer pretending to be someone he wasn't and the other one was downright insane. He kept pressuring me to touch his "little man". Needless to say, I was outta there! Fortunately, third time was the charm. This guy is AWESOME. We've gone out 3 times and have another date on Friday. Keep your fingers crossed for me! He's definitely a keeper! 

Now for the menu: VSG on 11/23/15    63 lbs lost    

B: Chobani 100 Greek Yogurt, coffee, Fairlife milk

S: Wausome Wafers

L: Broccoli and cheese stuffed chicken breast

S: dried chick peas

D: Up in the air, but definitely going to be MEAT

W: On track

V: DONE

E: Walked 4 miles on the beach last night with "The Keeper" - tonight, maybe a long trip around the neighborhood since he's working

Good luck!! I know getting back into the dating scene all to well.. I finally found my keeper!! We are moving in together in May.. I am so excited!! Best of luck to you always in all you do!!

Morning! Hope everyone is feeling well on their Tuesday.

B: 3 Trader Joe's chicken breakfast sausages and half of a coconut Dannon light and fit.

L: 2.5 oz Trader Joe's Wild King Salmon Jerky

D: Protein Shake made with one scoop of protein, half of a Dannon light and fit in Banana Cream flavor, and 3/4 of a cup unsweetened soy milk.

S: 1/2 Power Crunch Bar in peanut butter chocolate

W: Good

V: Good

E: Walking on my lunch talking on the phone to my lovely boyfriend.

Happy Tuesday!!

Breakfast : Dannon Light and fit Greek yogurt- peaches and creme and Dukin donuts k-cup coffee with vanilla muscle milk as creamer

Lunch : 3 oz grilled chicken tenders with Mrs dash seasoning and home style baked beans

Dinner : 3 oz grilled chicken and California Medley with some applesauce 

V : done

W: half way complete ... 

E : walked 2 miles

B- protein shake made with Skim Plus milk

L- 2/3 small cup of Wendy's Chili with cheese 

D- 1.5 oz. shrimp, 1/4 cup mango, tsp slivered almonds, 1 tbs low calorie Italian dressing 

V- good

W- good

E- tore my meniscus so I can't exercise right now.
