Happy Monday! Easter was a free day for me, I ate the cals/carbs I wanted but still tracked, measured and weighted my portions to keep myself from over eating and getting sick, and I had a very tiny mimosa, I still hit protein and water goals I don't feel bad about it but I am back on track for normal metrics today.
B: Protein shake with 2 scoops chocolate protein, 1/2 a dannon light and fit banana yogurt, and a cup of unsweetened coconut milk.
L: I made a kind of shrimp stir fry with the mushroom medley from Trader Joe's and sesame and coconut oil and added a scoop of unflavored whey protein at the very end which made kind of a gravy with the oils, it is not unpleasant or lumpy/gritty it has awesome seasoning. I am quite proud of this dish since I just kind of experimented.
D: Light Turkey Deli meat, a light string cheese
S: Probably nothing, I need to ge****er in and I haven't been too hungry lately so my snacking has been minimal.
W: A Bit behind but I'll get it all in.
V: not yet I've been a bit bad about them lately but am working on getting back on track with them.
E: Because of the carbs/gluten yesterday I've had a bit of an upset tummy all day so mostly the bit of walking I did with getting my blood work (for my 3 month post op) done today and going to Trader Joe's. But I am going to try and get up early tomorrow and hike before work. And for sure I am hiking Thursday morning early with a girlfriend and will have my daily walking at work for 5 days this week so I'm not overly concerned.
Your shrimp stir fry sounds excellent. Great idea making gravy with protein powder.
