The cake is a lie, but Starbucks is not.
I also found that staying full on the pre-op diet was a challenge. But on the plus side, I lost about 5 pounds during the week I was on it. I weighed this morning (done eating - surgery later today).

That's great! The 5 lbs, not the challenge part...
I've been on it a week as of yesterday, have this week thru Tuesday next week with all clear liquids Wednesday, surgery Thursday. I'm hoping to lose 10 lbs overall... Have lost five so far too... Well, before Wes Craven showed up with the customary **bloat** he likes to trigger. Now I'm not sure how much I'm losing.
Way to mix it up! I start my pre-op diet tomorrow. Sadly, SF pudding and jello are not allowed for me on it, so I'll just have to throw back the protein shakes as they are.
Great Googly Moogly. You definitely win the crappiest Pre-Op award(which I just made up.).
Having your one tiny meal be a Lean Cuisine is like making you eat microwaved punishment...

High Weight 376, about a year before program. I gave up diet pop(and all pop), dropped 30 pounds without trying, and kept it off. Now convinced Carbonated Beverages. Are. Evil.
