Protein label - Help
Ok so I hope I don't sound dumb but I'm a bit confused!
I brought the single packets of protein to see which on my stomach can tolerate
for example - the packet says 23g but in the back it says the packet has 4 servings so does that mean it's 23 x 4 and then I get the overall protein? Which would be 92g or is it just 23g for the whole powder packet???

usually , it is the whole packet for 23 grams of protein.
If it is a single serving... it should be 23g for the whole packet. What brand is it and flavor? Maybe I can look it up online...

That nutrition label sounds like Syntrax Nectar. That's their usual MO. People have speculated that it's because labeling it as 4 "servings" lets them mathematically claim that the protein powder has "0 carbs" (less than half a carb) per serving, and if they labeled the entire packet as a serving, they'd have to fess up to 3 carbs per serving or thereabouts.
There is a pending FDA regulation that would stop this nonsense of labeling what is clearly one serving as "4 servings" but I can't remember when it will go into effect.
