Hi All,
TGIF! I'm still trying to be strict on my food plan. On the bright side, the stresses in my life are settling down, so I'm hoping to make some progress at getting back to goal weight.
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - eating out with a friend. I'll try to keep it low carb.
Lunch2 - finish the cheeseburger quiche that's been around too long
Dinner - buffalo chicken and wheat thins
vitamins - on track
water - good
exercise - walking, walking....

I'm off the rails this week - but the scale has been relatively kind... hoping to get back on track after Easter (yes, I know it should be now)

L: going out for mexican - so maybe a taco, taco salad or something else that really isn't very low cal
D: idk, either a nice steak, rotisserie chicken or hot dogs (going to market basket on the way home to shop for Easter)

Hi guys- I've been lurking off and on for a while. Very stressful time at work. I'll be one year out on May 19, and am down to 145. I'm more or less maintaining, but need to kick it in high gear as I want to get down to 130.
Breakfast: broccoli and kale salad with chicken
Lunch: beans and chicken
Snack: three cuties, half an apple
Dinner: asparagus with proscuito, hummus and cucumber
