Hi All,

Happy Hump day. 

Breakfast - salmon

Lunch - left-over steak, green beans and sweet potato

Lunch/snack - ground beef and cabbage casserole

Dinner - buffalo chicken

vitamins - good

water - good

exercise - walking

How about you?  What cha eating today?

Morning/Afternoon!

it's another gorgeous day here in TN, it's a pleasure stroll around the cul-de-sac.

 

B: java pro (mocha)

S: turkey bone broth

L: tuna packet - hickory

S: tea or coffee with muscle milk vanilla for creamer

D: roasted turkey breast - only another day or two of this, yay

S: isopure/unjury/fage concoction

Breakfast - DD kcup coffee with Priemer Protien chocolate as creamer

Lunch - Baked Protien Plus pasta w/ Rotel, low fat cheese and ground chicken.

Dinner - Baked chicken and roasted cauliflower 

V - good

W- getting there... Lol

E - 2 mile walk

It's been very challenging these last several days, half the time we're at the house and the other at the apartment -- but we're moving tomorrow so hooray!
