Super dry protein that is lowfat?

The antibiotics I am taking are making me seriously nauseous. If I eat very dry items (rice cakes, granola bars) I can keep it down, but obviously it is blowing apart my protein goals. Can anyone think of a protein replacement that is dry in nature? I have been having a ton of stomach issues, so easy on the digestion system and lowfat.

I could never handle the texture of Quest bars, but do keep protein bars in the house. They do work Ok, other than I feel like I am eating only sweet things and tiring of that. Thank you for the suggestion!

so sorry you are feeling bleah.. I know it isn't optimal but would waffles or pancakes made with protein powder or the p28 work? toast them if you need them drier or sprinkle protein powder (or make a thin liquid mix) on the rice cakes. I used to just sprinkle the flavored nectars in my mouth like a pixie stick .. it sounds ick but was surprising tasty.. if I think of more I'll edit the post to include them.. good luck and feel better soon!

I don't know if you eat protein bars but the Simply Protein bars are very dry and crunchy, kind of like a granola bar. They have only a few natural ingredients and about 5 grams of fat. I don't eat them often but have eaten them in a pinch. The lemon coconut flavour is my favourite. I hope you feel better soon!
Chicken is a no go if it is within a couple hours of the antibiotics. Ugh. Thank you for the suggestion though!
