What cha eating today, VSGers? - Sunday
Hi All,
I'm up early, and ready for a beautiful day. I cooked a lot the past few days and now have 7 healthy dishes in my refrigerator. I have no excuses for not staying on plan!
Breakfast - salmon
Lunch - ground beef and cabbage casserole - yum
second lunch/snack - phily cheese steak sloppy joes
dinner - pizza casserole - this one is new and yummy
vitamins - on track
water - so far so good
exercise - walking
How about you? what cha eating today?

I mostly liked the cheese and pepperoni topping, but it had enough veggies and protein to be healthy.
