What cha eating today, VSGers? Saturday

Hi All,

I'm having a quiet Saturday cleaning house, and counting the minutes until my next meal.  (boredom!)

 

Breakfast - chicken with sun-dried tomatoes and artichokes - yum

Lunch - Seasoned Hamburger with cheese and acorn squash

2nd lunch - finish the left over enchilada casserole - yum

Dinner - chicken florentine - also yum

vitamins - on track

water - ok

exercise - just rummaging around in old boxes and making trips to the dump

I'm still over judging how much to buy.. my freezer and cabinets are jam packed lol

S: tea with vanilla premier for creamer

D: red snapper

S: rest of the premier vanilla

V/W: on track/ a little behind

E: cleaning up around the house and walked around the deck a few times

B: Dannon light and fit vanilla greek yogurt with blueberries and slivered almonds

E: just cleaning today - may hop on the treadmill tonight



5' 4" tall, HW: 242, SW:215.4 Weight Loss - pre-op: - 26.6, M1: -15.4, M2: -16, M3: -11.4, M4: -11.2, M5: -12.2, M6: -7.4, M7: -7.8, M8: -2.0 Goal of 130 lbs. reached at 8 months, 2 days post-op!
