Blood Work?

My PCP is not really up to date with VSG and our requirements.  I have had blood work done and she has told me that my levels are terrific, but I am not really sure she is looking specifically for levels that relate to our needs.  What exactly should she be concerned with?  Can someone provide me with an easy list of what she should be looking for?  (B12, Calcium, etc.?)  I would really appreciate all the help I can get.

Just had 1 yr blood work, 16 vials later......lipid panel, zinc, vitamin b6, vitamin b12, vitamin b1 plasma, phosphate, magnesium, iron & tibc, hemoglobin a1c, folate, ferritin & copper. Not sure if more results will be coming.
