Less than an hour to go

Waiting for my son to get out of the shower so we can leave to the hospital. Nerves are on overdrive. Really want a smoke but know that is a realllllly bad idea.

Being back in a big city hasn't helped the hunger at all. Haven't had Thai food since I moved from anchorage 6 years ago and it's all over Salt Lake. The smells of all the different ethnic foods is driving me nuts.

Know it will be over once they put that mask over my face. What, two or three weeks before real hunger comes back? But will be easily solved.

My official starting weight is 330. Fully clothed with shoes. So much better than when I had my band in 2002, I was 409.
