Got my surgery date !!!!!!

VSG on 04/14/16

VSG surgery has been scheduled at Mexicali Bariatric with Dr. Rodolfo Wilhelmy! I am so excited to start a new chapter of my life and be well on my way to a healthier me. I am 5'9'' and have been overweight since 9th grade. In 2006 when I graduated I was 190 lbs. and trying to get down to 175 lbs. Every year since I have gained weight. Presently I weigh 270 lbs. I think I would like my goal weight to be 148 lbs., but I'm not sure what the Doctors goal for me is.

Either way I can't wait to get out there and live life to the absolute fullest with my husband and daughter. Things can't help but look up from here!!!!!

Congratulations! How exciting! I just had my endoscopy today so everything will be submitted to my insurance in the next few days. Hoping to have surgery in April.
