Hey all. What are we eating today? This is where I am for the day.

B: 2.1 oz of Jenni-o turkey breakfast sausage.

L: 2 cracked pepper chicken wings

D: Protein shake made with 2 scoops of chocolate powder, coconut milk, and 1/2 Dannon Oikos Triple Zero in banana cream

S: Zip Fizz to get my butt in gear.

V: Done

W: on track

E: Walking on my lunch at work

Nutrition totals: 695 Calories, 23g Carbs, 28g fat, 83g protein 6g sugar

S: turkey bone broth

L:  low sodium albacore tuna with garlic and wine seasoning

D: parmesan crusted chicken tender

S: 5oz vanilla premier with some s'more sf syrup - it is indeed as yummy as kelly said, thank you kelly!

D: perch and asparagus

S: skinny vanilla latter
