Question for vets
"Most" VSGers that are on a 1000-1200 cal program never make 100% EWL
1000-1200 cal programs tend to be from programs that deem 50-60% EWL as successful.
It seems generally that larger, taller, muscular men and woman can lose well on higher cal programs.
It's all you from here on out !

You've lost 2/3s of what you're trying to lose in 4 1/2 months. That's awesome! Yes, you're in a stall, and the rest of the weight is probably going to come off more slowly. As WhiteDove explained, a lighter body uses few calories, so your calorie deficient is getting smaller, so you're weight comes off more slowly. But it will come off.
I agree with keeping your calories the same, increase protein, reduce carbs if you can, and get in more liquids. The scale will move again.
