Salad

I eat salad everyday. I use spinach and basically use it as a vessel for my protein at lunch or dinner!

Occasionally I eat salad, and have no issues with it at all, but I tend to always prioritize protein itself and then have very little room left for raw veggies.

I'm 3 months now and my NUT said I could try iceberg.  I've eaten the insides of a wrap with shredded lettuce and I haven't had any issues.  At this point, nothing has caused me issues except sugar, I can't have it, I get sick.  I probably won't try a full blown salad yet though, I'm still pretty cautious about what I try.
