As the amazing Donna on Parks and Rec says this was a "Treat yo'self" day. I am happy to report while food was part of it I don't feel guilty like I used to(because my attitude about food is changing) and I still made a healthy choice. I had 3oz of lobster with a tad butter and garlic yum! I also got a new water bottle (I broke one of my glass ones :( ) and some workout gear. Also I got into a size 18 pants today and there was wiggle room in them!

Yes, you gotta treat yo'self!!  Her character was so funny.  I like what you treated yourself to.  Good for you.
