I got home from a knitting conference last night, so am trying to get back in the swing of being home again.

L: Premier protein shake with sugar free gingerbread flavoring added
S: Home made beef jerky, one ounce
D: Lamb with carrots and onion
V: done for the day
W: well on way to 100 ounces
E: not much today, but hope to walk dog later

Thanks for starting this I was busy running errands and shopping and also sitting on my ass while not running errands or shopping lol.
B: Protein shake with 2 scoops chocolate protein powder with s'mores sugar free syrup made with water.
L: Protein shake with 1 scoop of protein powder made with Danon Oikos banana greek yogurt and coconut milk.
D: Lobster tails (3 oz) with butter and garlic powder.
S: Zip Fizz
V: Done
W: On track for the day.
