Hi, i am a quiet one and just learn from everyone, but today I am vitamin shopping and need advice. My surgery is Wednesday. The multi vitamin can be very expensive and was wondering what those on a smaller budget suggest?

Thanks

Anna

Hi Anna, I am five months out and because I can't stomach the chewables I use the patches.  Love them!

Hi Eskienut,

on this website they advertise it on the bottom of the home page.  Its patchmd.com i just brought 5 different one's and just patched myself up lol  will see what the blood work results show...  i started taking chewable and gummies about 2 months now and just changed over to patches..  and there is now a coupon on the website to use code# omega3, (no it doesn't mean its only on the omega 3)  good luck

The 40% off is pretty good. I might try it since it is quite a savings. Thank you

I go to www.patchmd.com and I love them also. I did an internet search on this site and found a 40% off coupon. I have been told it still works.

Best bargains are generic versions of Centrum adult vitamins. Places like CVS frequently have BOGO deals. A year's worth of multivitamins, 2 per day, cost me less than 10 bucks.

Do NOT take children's vitamins or gummies of ANY kind. In spite of what the labels say, NONE of them are complete. They are missing many things.
