Pretty similar this is what I start next week: 2 shakes and 3 bars each day with a small meal. It's alternates from B: Shake, S: Bar, L: Shake: S:B, Dinner is 5oz meat with 1 cup veggies, S: Bar. Should equal about 1200 calories for this diet with the shake and bar brand he suggested.
