OK so is it just me or is  anyone else always cold?    I think I could live in a coat sometimes .   I was a little cold natured  before but this is ridiculous .  I feel like I'm to turn into a popsicle !!

 Sincerely trying to keep warm

The first winter after weight loss is the worst. In a year or two you will feel somewhat warmer. I feel the same way this year. I am using a heated blanket in my chair at night and have bought silk glove and sock liners.

Sorry to hear that. Makes it very difficult if you live in a cold climate. I hope I bounce back by next winter or I might seriously need to consider a warmer climate.

14 months out and I am still cold.  My spending on items to keep me warm easily out paced my spending on new clothes for a very long time.

I still get a bit cold, but I am not nearly as cold as I used to be. The first two years I was miserable. Last winter I was okay. this winter, too. My hands still get bitterly cold though and I hate that.

I used to walk around with a "sweat rag". Those days, thankfully, are long gone.

So, I prefer to look at it as I have become much more heat tolerant!

If it is below 50 degrees out, I wear peal and stick warmers in my shoes.  Keeps me toasty all day long.  Mine was so bad the podiatrist diagnosed me with raynaulds syndrome.  If I can keep my feet warm they don't breakdown with sores.  My hand are cold too but the skin never breaks down.  I never wore long sleeve in the winter pre-op.  That is all I wear now.

I wear camis under my shirts to add another layer.  I found some nice cotton ones at Old Navy that are long and stretch lots for a few dollars.  I feel like a baby wearing onsie but boy am I warmer!!

Thanks for all the replies.  I live in The south. Taken to wearing long sleeves too.  I'm glad to hear it might get better. Yikes my new normal.

my husband bought me a heater.  Never shopped in Old Navy but will check it out.
