I think it would take really selective tracking if you were going to be concerned about fiber. So much "fiber" on food labels these days is really not fiber at all. The fiber in celery and a Quest bar are not remotely the same.

I think the real trick with that book's food regime is to eat UNPROCESSED, therefore no labels. You'd be really doing a lot of mixing and matching to make the ratios.

Sorry.. But food like that would make me very sick.  Beans? Grains? May be good some some..it would be painfull death for me. 

Flaxseed - yea..I'll pass.. 

Some of those things in moderation - diet that is more Keto... Maybe... Fruits = sugar= inflamation... I''ll pass...
