Progress

I had surgery Jan 19.  I have lost 25 pounds since surgery, and 46 from top weight.  I had a tough recovery because of the damage the Lap Band did to my stomach, but it was all worth it.  I feel better than I have in years.  Thanks to everyone for the support and encouragement.  I also want to thank those who answered my MANY questions.  I want to add a progress pic buy can't figure it out.

Start with Upload Photo icon at top right.  That will put the picture onto your profile.  Then when you post click the Add Photo button and select your photo.

Congratulations CJ! That's an awesome amount of weight to lose in the amount of time that has passed since your surgery. When you figure it out please do update your pics I'm always motivated by others weight loss. :D :)
