Up your protein, but not your calories. Reduce the carbs, and replace them with more protein.

6'3" tall, male.

Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.

I think you may need to revise what you eat.  My nut always says to eat protein first, then go to the veggies and the carbs last.  Drink at least 64 ounces of water (or liquid) a day.  One lady in our support group is 5 years out and still can only eat a cup of food at a time.  Don't try to add more food because you'll stretch out your new stomach and you'll continue to need more and more food.  Also, maybe you're exercising too much and your body is building muscle, which weighs more than the fat.
