It looks like Momotombo Volcano to the north of Managua is sending out a small plume of steam today. A harbinger of greater things to come? Doesn't matter; still gotta eat.
B: Small plate fresh pineapple, cantaloupe, watermelon
L: Garlic shrimp w/1/4 cup rice
D: Chicken parmesan (with breading and cheese scraped off), salad
S: Coffee w/soy milk
W&V: On track
E: None yet, but a 2-mile round-trip walk to the restaurant and back.

E: Walking on my 45 minute lunch at work
Reading about the volcano reminds me of a line from a Jimmy Buffet song "I don't know where I'm gonna go when the volcano blows" hopefully you won't have to make that choice Psychoticparrot.Don't make us worry about our favorite parrot what would we do without our "sightings"?

Breakfast: 2 ounces of boston creme light yogurt with protein powder
Lunch: 2 ounces of ground beef puree with cheesy enchilada strained cream soup.
Dinner: Same as lunch
Water: Not doing well today,only had two 16.9 ounce bottles. Have to kick it up a notch.
Vitamins: Almost done, 1 more to go
Exercise: I start a chemistry class tonight, so I will probably not have time to walk :(
I cannot wait for the soft foods portion of my diet!

Haven't had much exercise today, because it was a beautify day for me. Had my nails done at 10:00, eyebrows waxed at 11:30, lunch, then hair cut at 1:00. After that I went bra and pantie shopping, ugh. Hate trying on bras, especially with all my hanging skin under my arms. Oh well, that will be taken care of in a year or so.

Snack- 1/2 cup of edamame and 10 gold fish (i wanted to splurge a little)
Dinner- 2 oz of chicken breast - left over from lunch

L: 3 slices liverwurst and a 1 oz. wedge of petit basque cheese
D: Roasted sweet Italian chicken sausage with leeks and parsnips.
