Stalling after starting to exercise. Thoughts?

Whenever you change something, your body is going to flip out and resist weight loss.  It'll pass :)

You do say "I did not change my diet really at all."  What, exactly, does that mean?  How did you change your diet?

I notice myself craving carbs where I didn't really before so if that happens I will grab a fresh mandarin orange to curb the sweet craving. I do that once a day tops (and not everyday). The other day I was exhausted after working out so I had a tiny bowl of oatmeal. I tracked it and was still within my carbs for the day, etc, but it helped with the exhaustion. I do not eat things like that, though, at any other times. I don't eat any chips, bread, crackers, cereal etc.

Eating back your calories after exercising will definitely impact your weight loss.  It would be wiser to have a protein-based snack post-exercise (instead of the carb options you've chosen) or to switch your meal schedule so that you're eating a regular meal after exercise instead of an unplanned snack.

What kairk said. Workouts damage muscle, and retain water to repair them. It's the way it's supposed to work, but the scale will frustrate you.

Watch your eating though. Working out hard makes some people eat more. It will defeat your weight loss goal.
