I take flinstones complete chewables.. They were recommend by my nutritionist. Have to be careful with the one a days like Centrium because they don't have Iron in them. At least that was what I was told. Just check your labels and make sure that it has all the things on it that you need.

Flintstones are far from complete. They are missing lots of things, and are low in others.

Let's just take one missing item from Flitstone's -- selenium. What does selenium do? Selenium is necessary for many enzymes. It helps regulate the thyroid. It works with vitamin E in essential functions. It is extremely important for immunity, and muscle repair and growth. People with low selenium levels have a much higher cancer rate.

You can take a separate selenium pill. And a separate one for all the other things that Flintstones -- and many other crappy vitamins -- are either missing or have very little of. Or you can just take good, complete vitamins that have everything you need.

Good vitamins can be inexpensive. I get mine BOGO at CVS. They cost me 12 bucks for two 360 count containers, enough to last a year.

Can you recommend the brand name of the good complete vitamin that is available from CVS?  (I have one near by).  Thanks for your input!

I think they call it Spectravite? It's the CVS store brand. BOGO sales are great.

It's a good idea to compare the label of whatever you're interested in with adult Centrum. If there are things missing, or percentages are lower, don't buy it. Centrum is a good yardstick.

Hello and thank you liposuction!  Yes, you can wear all of the different patches at one time, but not on top of each other.  I will wear mine on my left back or shoulder then the next day switch to my right back or shoulder so that I can keep track and not place them in the same spot again.  On the bottom right of the web page they have a FAQ for frequently asked questions.  This should help you with this and other questions.  Good luck!
