My Ultimate NSV!

Last night I went shopping and bought my FIRST. BIKINI. EVER!  In my life!  I actually had FUN trying on all the different tops and bottoms to find a mix and match set.  In fact, I even got 2 bottoms, a regular bikini bottom and one with a mini skirt for those occasions where you just want a tad more coverage.  And then I got a halter top, and will probably go back for another top once they have more sizes in stock!  I'm still healing from the plastics that actually made buying it possible, but I was healed enough for this!  Sure, I still have jiggly thighs since I didn't get a thigh lift, but whatever!  I still looked damn good!  haha.  I'm literally contemplating just wearing my bikini around my apartment tonight while I clean for the fun of it.

I remember my first bikini and it was the best experience ever.

Congratulations! I had what I affectionately call a fatkini (actually two) last summer when I was trying to embrace loving myself at any size (still working on that) but I have never bought an honest to God thin woman bikini and I cannot wait for that someday. I bet you feel just absolutely over the moon. This post made me giggle because I'd probably want to prance around in mine when not at the beach too. :)

Wear it when washing the car or mowing the yard. 

Doh! In my youth, bikinis were so new, only the most daring girls would wear them. I was not a daring girl. Now that I could wear one, at 64 years old, NO ONE wants to see me in a bikini, including me! Yeeecccchhhhh!
