This post really resonated with me.  Can you take a rock from the beach or a leaf from a tree or something?  I want you to have a physical talisman (or whatever) that you can use as a touchstone in the future when you're feeling helpless or weak!  Something to help you hang on to this.  You are truly remarkable - in what you've achieved, what you're capable of, and what you will do in the future!
