Food for upset stomach/diarrhea?

Dear VSG Community,

I've been doing quite well since my VSG in december, I've lost about ~30 lbs and I've experienced relatively little naseau and such.  That said, I have a stomach virus of some sort  right now (fever, feeling washed out, diarrhea, etc) The problem is that the foods I hear to eat when your stomach is upset (most prominently the BRAT diet), are all carb heavy, and only one isn't entirely carbs.  Can someone give me advice on what would help that preferably has higher protein?

Greek yogurt, blueberries, steamed chicken, peppermint tea.  Make sure the yogurt has live or active cultures.

When that happened to me I basically lived on all natural Greek yogurt (make sure it is all natural -- artificial sweeteners and flavors and colors are hard on your tummy and not your friend right now), cottage cheese, bone broth (I am sure any kind of broth you like would be fine), and sliced apples. Good luck!
