What cha eating today, VSGers? - Tuesday
Hi all,
I'm trying to eat well before my extended vacation in February. If I throw caution to the wind, I gain about 2 pounds a week while traveling, even with a lot of walking and touring! If I can hold to my plan thru the daytime hours, and then splurge for dinner, I gain some, but not so much. So that's what I hope to do this time. We'll see how it goes. but or today, here's the plan...
Breakfast - salmon
lunch - crustless mushroom quiche
second lunch - stuffed green peppers
Dinner - buffalo chicken and broccoli slaw
water - good
vitamins - on track
exercise - aiming for 6,000 steps on the fitbit.

B- Decaf Coffee using Vanilla Premier Protein as creamer. Dannon Light Yogurt and 2 turkey sausage patties
L- Talapia and green beans
S-Talapia filet
D - beef short ribs and collard greens
S- Skinny Pop

vitamins-yes
exercise-walking for lunch
both the tilapia with green beans and the short ribs with collard greens sound yummy!

I can't wait for the weekend! Big plans! Today I got some extra unexpected exercise in....shoveling snow!

Vitamins: To be taken shortly w/afternoon coffee
Exercise: Will be walking 1 mile to restaurant; then grocery-shopping and 1 mile back to hotel with grocery bags.

Snack- Luna Berry Protein bar
Lunch- 2 oz Mahi-Mahi and a few cauliflower florets
Snack- 6 turkey bites and 1 oz cheddar cheese
Dinner- 2 oz Mahi-Mahi and cauliflower (left over from lunch and have enough left over for tomorrow)
Water- good
Vitamins- good
exercise- on my feet all day at work.
