3 months yesterday (pics included)
Well as of yesterday, I'm 3 months on this path. Like so many others, I have no regrets. It feels wonderful in every possible way. I was so worried that my PCOS and hypothyroidsim would make this another weight loss failure, but I've now lost 57 pounds from my highest pre-liquid diet weight.
I have not been perfect and learn more about what my body needs and is capable of everyday. For once I feel like I am in control though. My body feels my own.
For all of you thinking about this, it's the best thing I ever did for myself.
I don't post much here, but I lurk and read a lot. OH really is a wonderful tool on this journey.

WOW! What a difference three months can make. You look GREAT! I am so happy for you. Please keep posting. These pictures and stories are so important to people starting the process, and for us oldies, as well.
