Hi - everything Karik said was right on the mark.  You can do this! You are doing this! Your journey is a slow start but if you obey the rules, you will have the weight loss.  Listen to your stomach and don't overeat.  Breathe. Calories should not be over 600 at this stage. I had broth when I was hungry or just not satisfied. And, keep posting.

A few days have passed since yo started this thread. How are you doing Kelly? Have you put that stick away or does one of us need to stop by and snap it in two? Hope it is going well.

Hi! I am doing well. I followed Kairk's advice and now I am super low carb (usually around 11-15 grams a day if I have cheese or put PB2 in my protein shake it's closer to 15), very high protein, getting lots of water in and moderate fat. I will see tomorrow where my weight is and if I am still stuck. I appreciate your kindness PonderosaQ. :)
